Brian Forrest, a 30-year-old waiter at a local restaurant, was found murdered on the morning of November 6, 1996, in an alley located in Pacific Beach, San Diego, California. His body was discovered around 10:30 a.m., showing signs of significant blunt force trauma to the back of his head, cracked ribs, and a broken spine.
