Do you know who murdered Mizraim? On May 23, 2004, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1700 block of 41st Street in the Shelltown area of San Diego. Upon arrival, officers found Mizraim Hernandez lying face down in the street. Hernandez had died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds.
