On the early morning of June 18, 1992, officers responded to a call of a shooting at 223 North 29th Street. Upon their arrival, the officers found the victim, identified as 20-year-old Paul Gonzalez, lying on the porch of the residence suffering from four gunshot wounds. Paramedics rushed Gonzalez to a hospital, but Gonzalez died a short time later.
