In the summer of 1946, a tragic and brutal event unfolded on a secluded road near Monroe, Georgia, forever marking the lives of two young African American couples. Roger Malcom, a 24-year-old Black male farmhand, found himself at the center of a storm that would end in a horrifying act of violence.
