Trequavious "Trey" Treasure-Marqua Elder, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 20, 2015, in Athens, Georgia. Elder was fatally shot at the North Grove Apartment complex on Old Hull Road. The incident occurred following an argument between Elder and the suspect, Fernakey Juan Pass, who was 31 years old at the time.
