Jordorian "JoJo" Randolph, an 18-year-old African American male from Athens, Georgia, tragically lost his life on May 30, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Westchester Circle, where Randolph was found lying behind some hedges in front of a duplex.
