Tiara Bogan-Jones, a 25-year-old African American woman from Atlanta, GA, tragically lost her life on September 26, 2015. Tiara was driving near Hank Aaron Drive and Milton Avenue in southeast Atlanta when a car pulled up beside her SUV and opened fire.
