In the early morning hours of January 16, 1977, a chilling discovery was made in Atlanta, Georgia, marking the beginning of a series of events that would terrorize the city. A car, driven erratically, crashed into a street sign, and when police investigated, they found 25-year-old Veronica Hill and 26-year-old LaBrian Lovett inside, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
