In the fall of 2015, the life of a young Atlanta mother, Tiffany Bailey, was tragically cut short, leaving a lasting wound in the hearts of her loved ones. The 24-year-old woman was shot in the head in her southwest Atlanta apartment on November 7, 2015, in the presence of her three young children. Despite medical efforts, Bailey succumbed to her injuries two days later on November 8, 2015.
