Alicia Brooke Norman, a 20-year-old woman from Moultrie, Georgia, tragically died on May 15, 2016. Alicia was a parts clerk at Advance Auto Parts and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was born on February 7, 1996, in Tallahassee, Florida, to David Dewayne Norman and Nicky Shelley. Alicia's death was part of a horrific incident that involved multiple victims.
