Jakayla Anderson, a 16-year-old African American girl from St. Petersburg, Florida, tragically died on October 16, 2018, in Moultrie, Georgia. She had been staying with relatives in Moultrie for about two weeks before her death. Jakayla was found with a gunshot wound to the head at a residence on 12th Avenue Northwest.
