Fatisha Annette Clark, a 33-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on March 6, 2016, in Moultrie, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Ryce Community Center on Seventh Street N.W., where Fatisha had taken her two youngest children to play. Around 4:30 p.m., a gunman fired six shots from a moving car, one of which struck Fatisha in the abdomen. Despite being rushed to Colquitt Regional Medical Center, she succumbed to her injuries approximately two hours later.
