Betty Faye Watts, a 50-year-old woman from Moultrie, Georgia, was tragically killed on November 8, 2004, in a brutal incident that shocked the local community. Betty Faye Watts, along with four other victims, was found dead at a residence on Highway 37 east of Moultrie.
