Deangelo Busby, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on January 11, 2019, in West Savannah, Georgia. The Savannah Police Department (SPD) responded to the scene at the 1300 block of Kenneth Dunham Street around 6:15 p.m., where they discovered Busby with fatal gunshot wounds.
