In the quiet of a Savannah, Georgia apartment complex, the life of a promising university student was tragically cut short. Marcus Drummer, a 24-year-old male, was nearing a celebratory milestone in his life, his graduation from Savannah State University. However, on the evening of February 17, 2019, his future was violently stolen from him.
