Marcus Drummer, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2019, in Savannah, Georgia. Marcus was a student at Savannah State University (SSU) and was described by his parents as a kind and caring individual who aspired to counsel children with learning disabilities.
