In the early morning hours of September 8, 2020, the life of 31-year-old Kareem Bennett was tragically cut short in Savannah, Georgia. Bennett, a male, found himself the target of a fatal shooting in the 600 block of Emerald Drive, within the Frazier Homes apartment complex. The incident unfolded around 8:50 a.m., at which time officers from the Savannah Police Department were dispatched to the scene following reports of gunfire.
