William Mullins, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically found shot to death on April 24, 2017, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred inside a home on East 31st Street, where the bodies of two other victims, 31-year-old Courtney German and 18-year-old Shayla Curtis, were also discovered.
