In the late hours of a Saturday night in Savannah, Georgia, the life of Timothy Bernard Roberts, a 37-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On October 12, 2013, Roberts was discovered with a gunshot wound, lying near his bicycle at the intersection of West Victory Drive and Hopkins Street. The discovery was made at approximately 11 p.m., a time when the city was otherwise winding down.
