On the night of October 12, 2013, 37-year-old Timothy Bernard Roberts was found shot near his bicycle at the intersection of Victory Drive and Hopkins Street in Savannah, Georgia. The shooting occurred around 11 p.m., and Roberts was rushed to Memorial University Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.
