In the fading light of a Tuesday evening in Savannah, Georgia, on October 12, 2021, the life of 27-year-old Rajah Devonte Young was cut short by gunfire. The fatal encounter unfolded in a place typically reserved for recreation and community, the parking lot of the Jennifer Ross Soccer Complex.
