Anthony "Wine" Bullock-Fields, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically passed away on January 17, 2018, which was also his 29th birthday. He was shot and then run over by a vehicle in the Knoxville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The incident occurred shortly after 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Amanda Avenue and Jucunda Street.
