Joseph Mitchell, a 39-year-old man from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2022. He was involved in a shooting incident that took place in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. Mitchell and another man were shot while driving across the 16th Street Bridge.
