On a summer day in Pittsburgh, what began as a string of alarming events in the Knoxville neighborhood would end in the death of 20-year-old Tyrone Harris Jr. On June 22, 2015, reports began to surface of a man firing a gun at people. The situation quickly escalated as Harris carjacked a vehicle, sparking a police chase that spilled onto the busy Route 51.
