In the early evening of Valentine's Day 2018, tragedy struck at a neighborhood basketball court in Savannah, Georgia, when 29-year-old Terry Coburn, a male resident of the city, was fatally shot. The incident unfolded at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the Sunset Park area, located near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and April Street. First responders arrived at the scene to find Coburn suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries at the park.
