Ky Willis Harmon, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2021, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred in the late afternoon when officers from the Savannah Police Department responded to reports of gunshots in the area of Lloyd and Walton Streets.
