In the late hours of a Saturday night in Savannah, Georgia, the life of a young man with a burgeoning music career was tragically cut short. On February 13, 2021, Freddie Wallace, a 24-year-old African American male known in the local rap scene as Fredo Cash, was found with life-threatening injuries in the 11900 block of White Bluff Road.
