Eliud Montoya, a 41-year-old naturalized American citizen, was tragically murdered on August 19, 2017, near his home in Garden City, Georgia. Montoya, who was employed by a Savannah-area tree service, had recently filed a formal complaint with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
