Christopher Alexander Johnson, a 34-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2022, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred around 7:15 p.m. when officers responded to a ShotSpotter call in the 800 block of West 38th Street. Upon arrival, they found Christopher Alexander Johnson inside a residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
