Richard Vinson, a 40-year-old man, was found dead on November 14, 2020, in one of the guest rooms at the Deluxe Inn on Ogeechee Road in Savannah, Georgia. The Savannah Police Department responded to the scene around 5 a.m. and discovered Vinson's body.
