In the early morning hours of November 14, 2020, a verbal altercation at a motel on Ogeechee Road in Savannah, Georgia, tragically escalated, ending the life of 40-year-old Richard Thomas Vinson. Savannah Police officers responded to a call at the Deluxe Inn at approximately 5 a.m. and discovered Mr. Vinson deceased in one of the guest rooms from a fatal shooting. The male victim was born on February 6, 1980.
