In the summer of 2014, the life of 48-year-old Terrance Felder was tragically cut short on a Sunday evening in Savannah, Georgia. On the night of June 8th, officers from the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department were called to the 1100 block of East 42nd Street, where they found Felder suffering from gunshot wounds.
