In a quiet home in unincorporated Decatur, Georgia, the life of 57-year-old Timothy Felts was tragically cut short on a Sunday morning in April 2019. A verbal altercation escalated to fatal violence when Felts was shot and killed as he sat in a recliner. The man authorities say was responsible was Victor Lynn Parson, the 29-year-old son of Felts' fiancée.
