In the late hours of a Friday evening in Decatur, Georgia, a burst of gunfire shattered the night at a Texaco gas station on Flat Shoals Road, leaving one young man dead and another wounded. Eighteen-year-old Cortez Ingram was fatally shot on May 29, 2015, in what police described as a targeted attack. Ingram, along with 19-year-old Torin Waters, was at a gas pump when a white vehicle pulled up, and its occupants opened fire.
