In the early morning hours of April 15, 2019, a tragic event unfolded in a Decatur, Georgia, residence that ended the life of 24-year-old Calvin Alexander Chappell. Known to his friends as 'Scotty,' Chappell, a male, was a guest at a home on Lehigh Way. The night before, he had been out with a group of friends, including fellow rapper Qamar Akee Williams, 23, who went by the stage name 'Q Money'.
