Omar Torres, a 38-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 23, 2021, in Duluth, Georgia. The incident occurred at The Falls Parkway apartment complex on Satellite Boulevard, where Gwinnett County police responded to a call and discovered three men with gunshot wounds. Omar Torres was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two victims, identified as Jose Torres, 22, and Erick Torres, 27, were also injured.
