Jamun El Winslow, a 20-year-old African American male from Lawrenceville, GA, was tragically shot and killed on February 5, 2020, in Duluth, GA. The incident occurred at a Shell gas station near the intersection of Pleasant Hill Road and Club Drive around 10 p.m. that evening.
