In the spring of 2014, a young man's life was tragically cut short in what authorities believe was a robbery and drug deal gone wrong. Twenty-one-year-old Joel Tengue, a male resident of Gwinnett County, was found deceased on Saturday, April 19, 2014. A resident of the Astor Place Apartments on Boggs Road in Duluth, Georgia, discovered his body behind one of the buildings around noon. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
