Xavier Tyler Stephens, a 19-year-old man, was fatally shot in Duluth, Georgia, during the early hours of April 3, 2025. The incident occurred near the intersection of Shackleford Road and Steve Reynolds Boulevard, where officers responded to reports of gunfire around 1 a.m. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered Stephens suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
