Jordan Calloway, a 26-year-old African American male from Duluth, Georgia, was fatally shot on the evening of January 28, 2025. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. at a hotel near Venture Parkway and Market Street. Officers from the Gwinnett County Police Department responded to reports of a shooting and discovered Calloway suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to render aid, he was transported to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
