On March 21, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred at an apartment complex in Duluth, Georgia, resulting in the death of Faisal Nortey, a 29-year-old man from Atlanta. The incident took place at The Paramount Apartment Homes, located at 2423 Pleasant Lake Village Lane, around 7:50 p.m..
