On a Thursday evening in Duluth, Georgia, an altercation at the Paramount Apartment Homes on Pleasant Lake Village Lane ended in gunfire, leaving one man dead and another critically wounded. The Gwinnett County Police responded to a 911 call around 7:50 p.m. from a man who stated he had been shot and had shot back.
