Charles Brown Tyree, a 40-year-old man, was tragically killed on January 22, 2017, in Duluth, Georgia. On that day, police responded to a call at a home on Hopkins Mill Lane, where they found Charles Tyree dead and another man, Michael Liberty, critically injured from gunshot wounds to the head. Liberty later succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital. Both men were visiting the home of David Jones, the father of the shooter, Davon Dayron Jones.
