In the summer of 2020, a grim discovery was made in a wooded area of Duluth, Georgia, beginning a mystery that continues to linger. On July 20th, the body of 47-year-old Raul Zapata-Garcia, a resident of Duluth, was found by utility workers near the intersection of Satellite Boulevard and West Liddell Road.
