Edith Ann Powell Neeley, a 20-year-old woman from Kingsport, Tennessee, tragically passed away on March 14, 2014. Edith was a graduate of Sullivan South High School and a member of the Air Force Junior Reserves Officer Training Core. She was a loving mother to two children, Nevaeh and Xavier Neeley, and was described as a passionate and dedicated young woman.
