In the winter of 2017, the community of Kingsport, Tennessee, was shaken by the untimely death of Stephen Ray Caudill Jr. An 18-year-old male and a recent graduate of Dobyns Bennett High School, he was known for his happy demeanor and willingness to help others. His life was tragically cut short on February 20, 2017, due to gun violence.
