Johnny Alan Harbin, a 57-year-old man from Adamsville, Tennessee, tragically died on December 3, 2022. He was found shot and killed inside his own home on Pickins Drive, northwest of Adamsville. A witness reported hearing gunfire and discovered Harbin fatally wounded at the scene. The McNairy County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident and launched an investigation into his death.
