Nicolai Manget, a 20-year-old male from Loganville, Georgia, tragically lost his life on May 4, 2019, in Duluth, Georgia. On the night of the incident, officers were dispatched to the Prescott Apartments on Centerview Drive following reports of gunshots and screams.
