Elbert “Josh” Brown III, a 17-year-old, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024, due to a gunshot wound. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a shopping center located at 4500 Satellite Blvd in Duluth, Gwinnett County, Georgia. Brown was taken to Northside Hospital Duluth, where he succumbed to his injuries the next day.
