James Oliver Brown Jr., age 61, was last seen on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2013, in Clover, Virginia. He was reported to be walking in the vicinity of Neal's Corner Road but has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Brown was wearing an orange or rust-colored zip-up coat, blue jeans, tan work boots, and a stocking cap. He also had a distinctive appearance, with a large black mole on his right cheek and a birthmark on his right side near his ribs.
