Ashaad Truitt, a 31-year-old African American male from Augusta, GA, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2021. The incident occurred outside the Red Crab restaurant on Peach Orchard Road. According to reports, a fight broke out among several individuals, leading to an unknown person opening fire. Ashaad Truitt was shot at least once and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
