Darryl Winston, a 55-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was shot and killed on February 7, 2012. The incident occurred in an alley near the 4200 block of Holly Avenue after an argument broke out between two men, which was followed by the sound of gunfire. Winston was transported to a nearby hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
