On May 8, 2017, Alexander Noodel, age 21, was shot and killed in St. Louis, Missouri, in an attack linked to gang-related drug activities. The shooting was carried out by a group of four men, including Tremayne Silas and Jerome Lamont Fisher Jr., who fired over 100 rounds at Noodel. The group was acting on a bounty placed on rival gang members by Maurice Herbert Lee II, a leader of a local drug trafficking organization.
