Lewis Cornelius Grant, age 42, was fatally shot on September 10, 2016, in St. Louis, Missouri. Grant’s death was part of the rising tide of homicides in St. Louis during 2016, a year in which the city saw a significant increase in violent crime, with numerous unsolved cases piling up.
